1. Data controller details

2. Purpose and legal basis of data processing
We process the data provided when completing the request form for the following purposes:

• preparation of quotations,
• maintaining contact,
• monitoring administrative procedures.

Legal basis: voluntary consent of the data subject (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
 
3. Scope of data processed

• name,
• telephone number,
• e-mail address,
• postal address,
• company name,
• industry/area of application,
• machine type,
• required quantity of insulation.

 
4. Data transfer, data processing
We do not transfer data to third parties, except if:

• it is necessary for performance (e.g., supplier, subcontractor),
• it is required by law (e.g., official request).

No international data transfer (outside the EU) takes place.
If this becomes necessary in the future, it can only be done in accordance with Chapter 5 of the GDPR, with security guarantees (e.g., contractual terms accepted by the EU Commission).
 
5. Data retention period
Data will be retained until the offer is closed, or for a maximum of 1 year.
At the request of the data subject, the data will be deleted immediately if there is no other legal obligation to retain it.

6. Rights of the data subject
The data subject may at any time:

• withdraw your consent,
• request information about what data we process,
• request the correction or deletion of your data,
• request the restriction of data processing,
• request the release of your data in a portable format,
• object to data processing.

7. Automated decision-making
The Service Provider does not use automated data processing or profiling.
 
8. Data security measures

• Encrypted data transfer (HTTPS)
• Password-protected and authorized database
• Regular backups and updates
• Access only for authorized employees

 
9. Data protection incidents
Any data protection incidents (e.g., unauthorized access, data loss):

• will be recorded internally,
• will be reported to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) within 72 hours if a violation is likely,
• and, where appropriate, we will also notify the data subject.

10. Legal remedies
In the event of a complaint, the data subject may contact us directly. If they are not satisfied, they are entitled to contact the NAIH:

11. Amendments to this policy
